Third Easter Sunday

Third Sunday of Easter

Hope in the Resurrection

Dear Friends in Christ,     I am planning on leaving after Masses this weekend to go to the beach.  Someone offered to let me use their beach house and I am going to make use of it for two days.  I know that I need to get away and clear my head, and the beach always does that for me.     Fr. Joe was in the hospital for two days.  They never did figure out what was wrong but he is doing well now.     We are not getting many applications for the position of Youth Minister.  Please keep this intention in your prayers because it is so important.  This Tuesday we are having a meeting of our planning committee to finalize our needs so that a prospectus can go out to architects to develop a master plan for us.      During this Easter Season we are having a number of Baptisms, First Communions, and Confirmation.  This is always exciting and brings a lot of energy and life to our parish.  We hope to have pictures taken of everyone so that you know who they are.      May the Peace of the Risen Christ be with all of you.                                    Fr. William
